Our Process
1. Initial Meeting
Our team closesly surveys what your family needs are in order to establish a construction plan. This meeting ranges from budget,
style of home, time frame etc.
2. Design Brief
Your assigned designer will meet with you in order to show you the potential designs that meet your needs.

3. Floor Plan
In this meeting the floor plan is set and showcased with the intention to verify if the needs of your family are met.
Upon final approval a final floor plan is created and signed off.
4. Elevation Drawing
Even some builders decide for their clients, we do like to give our clients full visibility and invite them to decide on the elevation with us to make sure it fits all their needs since we want you to park your car with an ease and not worry your baby stroller might slide down the road. Or rain/snow to accumulate around your house and cause irreversible damages.
5. Material & Finishes
This is the most important stage and at Toronto Star Homes, we clearly know that this process is lengthy and very repetitive. Hence, our
team tends to organize it before hand and make it as seamless as possible. Therefore, deciding on high quality home material rather
than the average material your neighbors have been using sets the comfort of your home and durability over longer years.
